The Evangelism Program is rooted in the Great Commission. Making disciples and reaching lives with the truth and love of Jesus Christ. We minister through clubs, mentorship, women outreach, and school partnerships to strengthen faith and transform communities.
Bible Club forms the heart of our evangelism work, built on the conviction that early spiritual formation has lasting impact.
We teach Bible truths in playful, memorable ways including music, Scripture lessons, crafts, games, contests, and prizes within age-appropriate groups.
The atmosphere is warm, safe, and fun, nurturing children to know God personally, love Jesus deeply, and understand His Word clearly. Our mission is to guide children to:
Know God personally
Love Jesus deeply
Understand the Bible clearly
Our Mentorship Program supports youth through structured counseling, discipleship, and leadership building. It begins with outdoor bonding like picnics and team-building to help create trust and open hearts. We then dive into key life subjects namely: self-awareness, self-confidence, hygiene, sex education, pregnancy prevention, mental health, pop culture, and developing a personal relationship with God.
The program fosters growth through one-on-one support, group discussions, evaluation, and celebration culminating in events like back‑to‑school parties and talent showcases. Our aim is to raise confident, spiritually grounded youth leaders.
The Women’s Ministry at Uwezo offers regular fellowships, spiritual support, and practical encouragement to vulnerable women including widows, teen mothers, and single parents.
Meetings are richly experienced with prayer, healing, discipleship teaching, and community building.
When women receive Bibles, they’re empowered to dive deeper into God’s Word and grow steadily in faith. Food distribution at gatherings also supports physical needs, reflecting our holistic care ethos. This ministry is about nurturing women into hope, strength, and restored purpose.
Through partnerships with primary and secondary schools, Uwezo’s School Ministry brings weekly Christian Union fellowships, mentorship sessions, and discipleship materials into the academic environment.
Our team visits high schools to share the Gospel, lead Scripture-based teaching, and offer life guidance that nurtures spiritual growth. Beyond preaching, we engage students through one-on-one conversations and prayer, providing support for the real-life challenges they face.
Gender-specific forums like “Girl Talk” and “Boy Talk” create safe spaces for open dialogue on issues affecting teens, while leadership training and personal testimonies help equip both students and teachers with faith-building tools and a deeper relationship with Christ. Our goal is to raise confident, purpose-driven young people who live out their God-given calling and impact their communities for good.
