As Uwezo shares the love of Christ we seek to teach people the Word of God so that they may each grow in the knowledge of Him.The desire of Uwezo is to know Christ and make him known.As part of evangelism ,Uwezo donates Swahili Bibles to people so that they can learn to read the Word of God by themselves and so grow gradually in their realtionship with God.

Most people in the Slums and Mt.Elgon region do not own a bible and receiving a Bible for them was a great miracle and they were really grateful for the donation of Bibles.
